Bule Hora is one of Districts of Guji, located in West Guji. Bule Hora Town, is found at 1770 meters above sea level and since 2000 a
heavy investment in Coffee started. Coffee grows to up to 2200 meters. Before that it was mainly the extraction of Titanium. Coffee is
washed and fermented for about 36 hours and then dried in Elevated African beds. Farming methods in Guji remain largely
traditional. Guji farmers typically intercrop their coffee plants with other food crops. This method is common among smallholders
because it maximizes land use and provides food for their families. Almost every farm is organic-by-default while most work is done
manually and very few tasks are mechanized, even during processing.
